What do you need for a Blue Skyscraper?

Blue curacao (1/2 part)
Tequila (1 part)
Ginger ale (1,5 part)
Lime juice (fresh juice of half a lime)

1 part = 30 ml

How do you make a Blue Skyscraper?

For this cocktail we are going to use a longdrink glass. We are not going to use a shaker, but make the cocktail straight into the glass. First cut the lime, make sure we still have a nice part of the lime to use for garnish. Squeeze the fresh lime juice into the glass. Make sure none of the seeds go into the glass. Now add the blue curacao and tequila into the glass. Top it of with ginger ale. Give it all a small stir. Garnish the glass with the piece of lime we kept apart in the beginning. If you have, add some mint for smell, flavor and finishing touch to the Bleu Skyscraper.
