Amaretto Espresso Martini

We'd like to take an after dinner coffee with a small drink on the side. Ypu can also combine these two into a cocktail, the Amaretto Espresso Martini. Similar to a Espresso Martini, but now we've replaced the vodka for amaretto. Serve it with those nice amarettini cookies.

What do you need for a Amaretto Espresso Martini?

Kahlua (or Tia Maria) (1 part)
Espresso coffee (1 part)
Amaretto (1 part)

1 part = 30 ml

How do you make a Amaretto Espresso Martini?

We will need a martini glass for this cocktail and a shaker with ice cubes. First start with the espresso coffee. Just make one, like you normally do. Let this cool down a little bit (if you don’t let it cool down it immediately melts the ice in the shaker and that would ruin the taste). Now add 1 part of coffee to the shaker. Add the kahlua and amaretto also to the shaker and give it a good shake for about 5 to 8 seconds. Pour out the cocktail in a chilled martini glass and garnisch the cocktail with those small coffee beans. Serve the cocktail with amarettini cookies, and enjoy!

Try one of our other cofee cocktails as well. For example the Espresso Martini or the Moccatini!
