The Mojito Chocolate is a perfect after dinner cocktail. Important ingredient for this variation on the mojito is the chocolate liquor. We all know that chocolate and mint is a popular combination. So you can truste the flavor to make a good combination. Use a transparant chocolate liquor so you still can have the original mojito look.

What do you need for a Mojito Chocolate?

White rum (1 part)
Cane sugar or sugar syrup (1-2 spoons)
Chocolate liquor (transparant -> 1 part)
Sparkling water (1 part)
Mint
Half a lime (4 parts)

1 part = 30 ml

How do you make a Mojito Chocolate?

For this cocktail we are going to use a traditional mojito glass. We are going to make the cocktail straight into the glass. First add three of the lime parts into your glass together with the sugar. Muddle these for about three to four strokes. To much muddling makes the lime more bitter. Now add the chocolate liquor, rum and mint to the glass. Give it a small stir. Fill up the glass with crushed ice and top it of with sparkling water. For garnish use a mint leave of lime in the glass. Enjoy!
