If you like cassis, the Mojito Cassis is definitely a cocktail you should try. It a fruity variant on the classis Mojito. We don't actually make it with cassis, but black berries. The fruit cassis is made of :).

What do you need for a Mojito Cassis?

White rum (1 part)
Cane sugar or sugar syrup (1-2 spoons)
Sparkling water (2 parts)
Mint
Lime (1 piece)
Blackberries (100 grams)

How do you make a Mojito Cassis?

For this cocktail we are going to use a blender. A small blender, the one used in your hands. Blend the blackberries until you have a smooth mix (keep 3 or 4 blackberries separate for the garnish. Now get your mojito glass. Put in the blackberry mix, lime parts and cane sugar. Muddle these for about tree to 4 strokes. If you muddle too long the lime with get too bitter. Now add the rum and mint leaves to the glass. Give it a small stir. Fill up the glass with crushed ice. Now add 3 or 4 blackberries to the glass. Again give it a small stir. Top of the cocktail with sparkling water and garnish it with mint of blackberries and ypu are ready to serve!
