The Long Island Peach Tea is a variant on the famous Long Island Ice Tea. The recipe is a little bit different. We use peach juice instead of the regular coca cola in the recipe. But that was obvious probably :)

Be careful though, with 5 different spirits (!) this cocktail is really strong!

How do you make a Long Island Peach Tea?

We usually make this cocktail in a longdrink glass. This time I’ve made it in a jar. Benefit of the jar is you can easily close it. I will assume though that we will finish the cocktail before you can close it up :). Let start. First I’ve cut up a peach and let it “marinate” in triple sec and lime juice. I’ve let this mix be for about half an hour in the fridge. Now fill up half your glass with ice cubes. Add the rum, gin, tequila, triple sec and vodka to the glass. Pour in the peach juice and lime juice and give it a good stir. Add the pieces op marinated peach to the glass and serve your cocktail!
